(hereinafter: &#8220;the Company&#8221;) explains that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">BBCon Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, headquartered in Pozna\u0144, holds a stake equivalent to 1.2% of the Company&#8217;s share capital,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The number of shares held by BBCon Sp. z o.o. does not allow this entity to influence the Company&#8217;s operations in any way,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company does not and will not cooperate with BBCon Sp. z o.o. to any extent,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">BBCon Sp. z o.o. is not entitled to any authority to cause potential recipients of content posted on social media to believe, based on their ownership of a few shares in the Company, that DEMIURG Project S.A.
