(hereinafter: &#8220;the Company&#8221;) explains that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">BBCon Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, headquartered in Pozna\u0144, holds a stake equivalent to 1.2% of the Company&#8217;s share capital,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The number of shares held by BBCon Sp. z o.o. does not allow this entity to influence the Company&#8217;s operations in any way,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company does not and will not cooperate with BBCon Sp. z o.o. to any extent,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">BBCon Sp. z o.o. is not entitled to any authority to cause potential recipients of content posted on social media to believe, based on their ownership of a few shares in the Company, that DEMIURG Project S.A. The Supervisory Board has passed a resolution to suspend as of December 1, 2020. Mr. \u0141ukasz Klekotko in the activities as a Member of the Management Board &#8211; President of the Management Board for a period of 3 months, and adopted a resolution on delegating Member of the Supervisory Board &#8211; Miko\u0142aj Jankowski to perform functions in the Management Board of the Company.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On February 24, 2021. a general meeting of shareholders was held, at which a resolution was passed on the dismissal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors &#8211; Mr. \u0141ukasz Klekotko and the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors &#8211; Mr. Miko\u0142aj Jankowski.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 26, 2021. held a general meeting of shareholders at which the resolutions required by Article 6(1) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29, 2005 were adopted. 395 of the Commercial Companies Code and a resolution to increase the share capital from PLN 100,000.00, by PLN 150,000.00, to PLN 250,000.00 by issuing 150 registered non-preference shares, series B issue II, numbered 101-250, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 each share, at an issue price equal to the nominal
