The investment was planned in a two-phase model so that vendors would not have to suspend their operations. Upon completion, the safety of users will be further protected by a state-of-the-art monitoring system. To meet the short completion date, the stalls and pavilions were made of prefabricated elements using a sturdy steel structure.
This investment is particularly close to my heart. I live in Grunwald, this is also where our company is located. I have visited the market on Swit many times. I am glad that it was our company that took care of its comprehensive renovation. – Mikolaj Jankowski, CEO
The deteriorated pavement has been fully replaced. New retail pavilions have also been built – nine of 15 sqm and seven of 30 sqm. New stalls were also built – 20 four-stall modules and seven two-stall modules.
