- Your data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:
- based on art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) of the RODO, i.e.. based on the consent given by the data subject for the purpose or purposes expressed in the declaration giving consent, among others. for the purpose of issuing accounting documents (invoices and accounts) and facilitating the conclusion of transactions and accounting documents;
- based on art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) of the DPA, for the purpose of executing contracts with clients and customers or taking the action necessary to conclude them, in connection with Demiurg’s business activities;
- based on art. 6 paragraph. 1(c) of the RODO, in order to perform the obligations imposed on Demiurg under applicable laws especifically in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, tax obligations, document archiving obligations and employer obligations;
- based on art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO, due to the legitimate interest of Demiurg (e.g. defense, establishment and investigation of possible claims).

- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing or for the period indicated by law.
- You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it – in accordance with art. 15 RODO;
- rectification (correction) and completion of data when the data is incorrect or incomplete – in accordance with art. 16 RODO;
- request deletion of your personal data – in accordance with art. 17 RODO;
- Request restriction of processing of your personal data – in accordance to art. 18 RODO;
- portability of your personal data – in accordance with art. 20 RODO;
- object to the processing of your data – in accordance with art. 21 RODO;
- revoke your consent at any time where your data are processed on the basis of the consent obtained, whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that Demiurg is processing your data in violation of data protection laws.
- Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however if they are not provided it will not be possible to achieve the purposes of processing.
- Personal data will not be subject to automated processing that could affect your legal position or otherwise affect your rights, freedoms and obligations.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.
