Polonez Hotel

The scope of the investment included reconstruction of the entire project, adaptation to modern fire regulations, and change of use. This was largely due to the size and height of the building and the fact that it had been out of use for many years.

The hotel was replaced by a dormitory. Sixteen floors house 360 rooms, including 624 beds. There is a communal kitchen on each floor, and each room (single, double, triple) has its own bathroom. Due to the large volume of the building, it has been divided into 24 fire zones so that in the event of an emergency, the people can be efficiently evacuated from the building.
