Initially, all wall and floor layers, as well as all installations, were demolished and dismantled. The work had to be carried out from scratch according to a multi-discipline design by the Medes office. Despite the difficult situation related to restrictions in the supply of materials, the work proceeded smoothly with the active participation of the Hospital Board and the entire Hospital Administration Department. The facility was able to be handed over on time. – Marek Skibiński, Contract Manager
The specifics of the site required the use of building and installation materials that had to meet the requirements for resistance to laboratory conditions, such as the UV radiation present there. In the case of medical facilities, it is necessary to use sophisticated material solutions and technologies, such as hygienic electrostatic PVC carpets on walls and floors, and hygienic paints or lamps made of special materials. Everything to ensure the highest degree of hygiene.
